We are the Janice and James Liu family who have been long time East Brunswick residents.

When we were ready to sell our home earlier this year, we interviewed a few real estate agents, including some with personal connections. Pallavi was the only person who impressed us with her extensive local knowledge. She presented a detailed market analysis that carefully compared our home's features with those of recent sales. Pallavi patiently worked with us on a "good" listing price that we feel can get us the most value without scaring away potential buyers. Once the listing agreement was signed, she invested many hours staging the home with us, going over every detail down to the position of the pillows in the bedrooms. Our home received multiple offers within the first week and went under contract the week after. Pallavi kept communications open during this entire process, and also used the opportunity to educate us on the new market dynamics. We closed the sale in about two months and we are extremely pleased with the help and support from Pallavi.

She guided us with whatever was necessary at each step starting from preparing our old home for sale, the actual sale, looking for a new home that we liked and buying the new home within a short period of time.
